This blade is a very versatile blade and can be used in many cutting applications.  It works well cutting through hard woods, soft woods and particle board,  as well as any other material that would be considered abrasive.  Works well cutting through melamine panels giving an exceptional cut on the top side, but will chip the bottom without scoring first.  This blade can also be used to rough cut corian and plexi glass.
