VRI - Shipping and Returns Information

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via UPS. At the time of checkout you will be presented with multiple delivery options, such as standard ground shipping, next day air shipping, etc.

Alternately, purchases can be picked up from our office during normal business hours.

Depending upon the delivery service selected at checkout, your package(s) will typically arrive 2 to 4 business days after being shipping from VRI Sharpening Services, Inc..

For delivery outside the continental U.S., including APO/FPO addresses, additional fees will apply, but will not be reflected in your online order total. Additional fees will be discussed upon order receipt. Please contact us with questions or for more information.

Returns Policy

To return or exchange an item, please either bring it to the VRI office, or return it by mail.

To exchange or return an item by mail or in store, you must first contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss your exchange.

Returns or exchanges must include the original or a copy of the sales receipt, as well as the merchandise in new, unused restockable condition with all original parts and packaging.
