I contacted Brian at VRI, and he promptly and professionally handled my exchange. Most other vendors would have said..., 'All Sales Final'....but not VRI!

VRI has come through again. I almost cried when I chipped a tooth on my Forest wood worker blade. Spoke to the tech from VRI over the phone and he assured me that it was no problem to replace the damaged carbide. Dropped off my blade and like magic as good as new! Actually I think it may be better. Thank you for your fast service and expertise. I will be a life long customer of VRI.

When I got my last deer, me and my hunting partners had a hell of a time gutting the thing due to are knives not being sharp enough.
